Barrier construction and material selection

Cosmetic hose packaging is a versatile and cost-effective standard for cleansers, hand creams and primers. The one-way dispensing design limits air and bacterial contamination while the tube recovers its shape through normal squeeze cycles. Multi-layer laminated tubes in PE, ABL and sustainable PCR are selected based on formula chemistry, shelf-life and brand sustainability requirements.

Closures, decoration and customization

Closures can be configured as flip-tops, screw caps or integrated airless pumps. The choice is based on fill viscosity and how much product should be dispensed per use. For eye-care formats, a metal duckbill nozzle or silicone brush head adds precise, hygienic application.

Decoration is produced with offset, silk-screen and hot-foil stamping. These processes support complex graphics, brand logos, gloss or matte finishes and functional elements such as transparent windows. We plan decoration together with the tube material so the final appearance remains reproducible in mass production.

Engineering, mold development and sampling

For a custom tube, we work from a project brief through structural design, 3D prototyping, mold development, injection molding, assembly and final review. Opening and sealing structures are designed first, then calibrated with tolerances for the chosen closure and filling line.

Because mold manufacturing and cosmetic packaging production are coordinated in-house, corrective actions can be applied at the tooling, material or process stage without shifting responsibility between separate suppliers.

Project support after configuration

After sample approval, the project moves into mass production with defined inspection points for material, printing, assembly and function. Cap assembly and decoration are coordinated in-house so the delivered tube is ready for the customer's filling line. Our support also covers packaging development beyond tubes, including airless bottles, cream jars, spray bottles and glass drop bottles, when a full skincare range needs a consistent visual identity.
